INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large English cucumber
- Smoked salmon
- Cream cheese, softened
- Fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 20g Sturgeon Caviar
- Pinch of sea salt and black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Slice the cucumber into 1/4 inch thick rounds and set aside.
- In a bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon juice, and season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
- Pipe or spread a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice and top with smoked salmon and Sturgeon Caviar.
- Garnish with a fresh dill leaf and lemon zest. Enjoy chilled!
