We ship throughout the Continental U.S. via FedEx Overnight® and UPS Next Day Air® services. Unfortunately, we do not accept international orders and cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Canada, or P.O. boxes.

Shipping Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed to arrive fresh and in perfect condition. We ship perishable items overnight via FedEx Standard Overnight®, FedEx Priority Overnight®, UPS Next Day Air Saver®, UPS Next Day Air®, and UPS Next Day Air Early® with each order carefully packaged in an insulated thermal container with ice packs to ensure maximum freshness upon delivery.

Free Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $350 within the continental United States.
Please note: Free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Temperature Assurance with Freshtag™ Monitoring

Each shipment comes with a Freshtag™ temperature indicator to make sure your order stays at the right temperature during transit. When your package arrives, simply check the color of the temperature indicator:

  • Green or Yellow – your order is fresh and safe to enjoy. You can throw the Freshtag™ label away.
  • Red – please snap a quick photo of the label and contact us within 24 hours.

This way, you can always feel confident about the freshness of your order.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

  • FedEx Priority Overnight®: Next-business-day delivery by 12 p.m. to most residences.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight®: Next-business-day delivery by 8 p.m. to most residences.
  • UPS Next Day Air Early®: Next business day delivery by 9:00 AM* to major cities in the 48 contiguous states.
  • UPS Next Day Air®: Next business day delivery by 12:00 PM* to major cities.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver®: Next business day delivery by 7:00 PM* to major cities.

Order Processing Schedule

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Thursday, will be processed and shipped on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, Monday through Wednesday, will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET on Thursday, as well as any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
  • No orders are processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays.

Available upon request for an additional charge; please contact us by phone to arrange.

Order Tracking

A tracking link is provided in your shipping confirmation email or SMS so you can monitor your order’s progress.

Inspection on Arrival

Please inspect all products immediately upon arrival to ensure quality and satisfaction. To verify temperature conditions during transit, check the Freshtag™ temperature-monitoring label upon delivery.

FedEx and UPS Late delivery claims

If your order takes more than one day to be delivered, please contact us. We will submit a claim to FedEx/UPS on your behalf. If FedEx/UPS approves the claim, we will refund your shipping cost. Please allow up to 10 business days for FedEx/UPS to process late shipment claims.

After product has been handed over to the carrier for shipment, Sturgeon Caviar USA is not responsible for any damages resulting from delays or failure to deliver for any reason.
