Avocado Toast with Kaluga Hybrid Caviar

SERVES: 2

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of sourdough, toasted
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 20g Kaluga Hybrid Caviar
  • Fresh dill for garnish

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth, add a squeeze of lemon juice, and season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
  2. Toast the Bread: Toast the sourdough slices until golden and crispy, then set aside.
  3. Assemble the Toasts: Spread the mashed avocado on each slice of toasted sourdough and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Garnish: Add a spoonful of Kaluga Hybrid Caviar on top of each avocado toast and garnish with fresh dill. Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper and serve. Enjoy!
