PREP TIME: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 slices of sourdough, toasted
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 20g Kaluga Hybrid Caviar
- Fresh dill for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth, add a squeeze of lemon juice, and season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper.
- Toast the Bread: Toast the sourdough slices until golden and crispy, then set aside.
- Assemble the Toasts: Spread the mashed avocado on each slice of toasted sourdough and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
- Garnish: Add a spoonful of Kaluga Hybrid Caviar on top of each avocado toast and garnish with fresh dill. Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper and serve. Enjoy!
