Creamy Parmesan Pasta with Osetra Caviar

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 pound spaghetti pasta
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 30g Osetra Caviar
  • Sea salt and black pepper

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain the pasta and set aside.
  2. Prepare the sauce: In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat until melted. Add the dry white wine and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Add the cream and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Combine pasta with sauce: Add the cooked pasta to the cream sauce and stir well to combine. Remove from the heat and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Finish: Serve the pasta immediately and garnish with a spoonful of Osetra Caviar.
