Italian Burrata Crostini with Osetra Caviar

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tablespoons burrata cheese, drained
  • 4 slices of sourdough bread, toasted
  • 4 slices of Prosciutto or Parma Ham
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 25g Osetra Caviar
  • Fresh Italian basil leaves for garnish
  • Drizzle of balsamic glaze

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Toast the crostini: Arrange the sourdough bread slices in a pan, brush with olive oil, and toast until golden and crispy.
  2. Assemble: Top each crostini with a layer of burrata cheese, followed by prosciutto slices and a spoonful of Osetra Caviar.
  3. Finish: Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
