INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tablespoons burrata cheese, drained
- 4 slices of sourdough bread, toasted
- 4 slices of Prosciutto or Parma Ham
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 25g Osetra Caviar
- Fresh Italian basil leaves for garnish
- Drizzle of balsamic glaze
DIRECTIONS:
- Toast the crostini: Arrange the sourdough bread slices in a pan, brush with olive oil, and toast until golden and crispy.
- Assemble: Top each crostini with a layer of burrata cheese, followed by prosciutto slices and a spoonful of Osetra Caviar.
- Finish: Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
