INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 4.4 oz smoked salmon, sliced
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 5 slices of whole grain bread, toasted
- Pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon salmon ikura
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare the Avocado: Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the avocado into slices, then season with lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Assemble: Spread cream cheese evenly over the toasted bread slices. Layer with smoked salmon, then top with the seasoned avocado slices.
- Garnish: Finish with a small spoonful of salmon ikura on each toast. Serve and enjoy!
