Salmon crostini with cream cheese, avocado, and salmon ikura.

SERVES: 2

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 4.4 oz smoked salmon, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 5 slices of whole grain bread, toasted
  • Pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon salmon ikura

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare the Avocado: Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the avocado into slices, then season with lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Assemble: Spread cream cheese evenly over the toasted bread slices. Layer with smoked salmon, then top with the seasoned avocado slices.
  3. Garnish: Finish with a small spoonful of salmon ikura on each toast. Serve and enjoy!
