  • The Admiral Complex: Located 35 km from Tbilisi in the Kvemo Kartli region, this facility draws water from the meltwaters of Lake Algeti, surrounded by national reserves. Here, cold-water fish such as salmon and trout thrive alongside premium sturgeon, contributing to the production of high-grade salmon and sturgeon caviar.
  • The Rion Sturgeon Factory: Situated on a washed island in the Rioni River near Kutaisi, this factory is a one-of-a-kind sturgeon breeding site. It houses rare species such as Black Sea beluga, Persian sturgeon, Russian sturgeon (Colchis form), and even the Atlantic sturgeon—once considered extinct in many parts of the world. The water comes directly from the Rioni River, supplemented by artesian wells providing 100 liters per second of fresh water.
