To open your caviar: insert the edge of the key into the small gap between the lid and the tin, then gently twist or lift until you hear a soft pop — this sound indicates that the vacuum seal has been released.
After opening, enjoy your caviar right away or store it in the refrigerator at 28–32°F (-2 to 0°C). For the best flavor and quality, consume within a few days.
